2024 Being the Changemaker: Successfully Navigating MBA Design Improvements and Innovation




The Graduate Business Curriculum Roundtable in Partnership with Hardcastle & Associates, completed a year’s long research project examining the processes and challenges for business schools who are driving curriculum reviews, improvements and innovations in their graduate business programs.  The initial research began with a survey of 122 business school professionals and faculty, representing 98 business schools, who contributed to our investigation of curriculum reviews and the improvement cycle at business schools. The survey was followed by 33 intensive interviews of business school leaders and the development of the report - Being the Changemaker: Successfully Navigating MBA Design Improvements and Innovation.
