Peer Mentor Program

The Roundtable Peer Mentor Program Relaunches

Thank you to everyone who participated in our pilot program and for your terrific feedback. We have taken those comments and suggestions and along with our new partnership with the Mentor Collective, we are excited to share the relaunch with you which includes enhanced features and services.

Why a peer mentor program?

To say there has been a lot of change in the industry in the past few years, along with a lot of staff turnover would be an understatement. On top of that, driving curricular and programmatic change and innovation is hard work. To be successful you need a strong support system inside and outside of your organization.

The goal of the Roundtable Peer Mentor Program is to develop, educate, and grow business school faculty and administrators who have or hope to have responsibility for curricular and program innovation through building rich relationships with peers in other MBA and Specialized Masters Programs. We hope you will be part of our updated program.

How will it work?

Please complete our short survey to express your interest in participating in the Roundtable Peer Mentor Program. Once we receive your response, it will be forwarded to the Mentor Collective who will reach out to you to sign up and complete the matching survey.

These are the steps you will need to complete to register as a mentor or a mentee:
  • Click the sign-up link and share your interest in participating.
  • Complete the short matching survey (5 minutes)
  • For mentors, you will need to complete a 45-minute on-demand training (once you complete it, you will get a LinkedIn certification).

You need to complete these steps by August 26.

Participation in the Roundtable Peer Mentor Program will be different for every mentor/mentee match. We highly recommend that you connect at least monthly if possible via email, text, phone or video chat and commit to the partnership for 9 months to one year.
