The Roundtable Peer Mentor Program
Why Join the Peer Mentor Program?
Let’s be honest—business education has been through a whirlwind these past few years. Between industry shifts and turnover, driving curriculum innovation and keeping programs relevant is no small feat. The truth is, no one should have to tackle these challenges alone. Having a trusted support system—inside and outside your school—can make all the difference.
That’s exactly why the Roundtable Peer Mentor Program exists. Our goal is simple: to develop, support, and inspire business school faculty and administrators who are driving curricular and programmatic innovation. Through meaningful one-on-one connections, you’ll gain fresh perspectives, share best practices, and build lasting relationships with peers across MBA and Specialized Masters Programs.
And the results speak for themselves:
- Last year, we had 51 total participants - 27 mentees and 24 mentors.
- The program saw 95%+ engagement, showing just how valuable these connections are to our members.
Here’s what participants are saying:
“We discussed doing more with less, and I shared some examples of my own experience with this in the past, especially during challenging times." — Roundtable Mentor
“My mentorship experience has been great: my dean has been very excited that I am seeking mentorship to grow and sometimes shares that I have brainstormed or discussed different approaches with my mentor as a senior member in the industry to help shape my strategies. It has been a high signal to my organization that I want to learn and grow.” — Roundtable Mentee
How It Works
Getting started is easy:
- Complete a short matching survey (5 minutes). You will need to decide if you want to participate as a mentor OR as a mentee.
- Click here if you want to participate as a mentee.
- Click here if you want to participate as a mentor.
- Receive your mentorship match within a few weeks.
- Connect regularly in the way that works best for you (email, phone, text, or video).
From there, every mentorship looks a little different—but we recommend connecting at least once a month. We ask participants to commit to the partnership for 9–12 months to truly make it count.
Ready to build your network, share your expertise, and grow in your role? Follow the steps above — and get ready to meet your match!
