Maura Herson
Assistant Dean of the MBA and MSMS programs, MIT Sloan School of Management
Maura Herson is Assistant Dean of the MBA and MSMS programs at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She brings prior experience in career development, student life and admissions to her role. In 2011 Maura moved into program management as Sloan’s first MBA program director. She collaborates with MIT Sloan’s talented faculty and staff to create and steward a transformational full time management education experience for 850 + highly diverse and talented graduate students. Maura began her career in higher education at Georgetown University’s MSFS program. She holds an MA in higher education from Boston College and a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. She enjoys travel, yoga and spending time with her family.

Nydia MacGregor
Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University
Dr. Nydia MacGregor is Associate Dean of Graduate Programs for the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. In this role, Dr. MacGregor charts the strategic vision for a full portfolio of graduate business programs both online and campus-based, to serve 750 graduate students. She collaborates with faculty experts to design rigorous curricula, inspired by the ingenuity and innovation of Silicon Valley and grounded in principled leadership, and works with staff to ensure unparalleled student experience and co-curricular programs. Her research has appeared in outlets such as Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, PLOSone, and the Journal of Leadership and Organization Studies. When she is in the classroom, Dr. MacGregor teaches Strategy, International Business, and Spirituality and Business Leadership. She joined Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business in 2009 after graduating with a Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.

Gale Nichols
Executive Director of the Full-Time MBA Program, Kelley School of Business, Indiana University
Gale Nichols serves as the Executive Director of the Full-Time MBA Program at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. She began her career as a CPA, working in both public and corporate accounting management roles before joining Kelley as a career coach for graduate students in 2004. She moved to the MBA program team as Director of Student Services in 2009 and took over as Executive Director in 2019. She is a certified coach and a strong advocate for students, and is looking forward to working with colleagues on the Graduate Business Curriculum Roundtable Board to innovate in and promote graduate business education.

Jason Webber
Director of the MBA and Graduate Certificate Programs, Ball State University’s Miller College of Business
Jason Webber is the Director of the MBA and Graduate Certificate Programs at Ball State University’s Miller College of Business. Jason joined the Miller College of Business in 2018, where he provides leadership for the program and builds collaboration among other colleges within Ball State, as well as graduate management education peers at other institutions. Jason has more than 25 years of public administration and leadership experience, serving and retiring as a Lieutenant from the Muncie Police Department, and teaching as an adjunct faculty member. Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State in 1994, graduated from Northwestern University’s Police Staff and Command School in 2007, and earned his Master of Public Administration from Ball State in 2008. Jason brings previous board experience from serving on several boards in his community, including Prime Trust Federal Credit Union, Knights of Columbus – Council 560, and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #87. He enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth sports.
