Passionate advocate for women, inequality, and social good. Inspired and experienced transformative technology and marketing leader. Loves Penn State, entertaining, health and fitness, and faith based causes. Karen Quintos was Dell’s (first ever) Chief Customer Officer (CCO), leading a global organization devoted to customer strategy, advocacy and experiences. Under Karen’s leadership, the CCO organization was responsible for Dell Technologies customer strategy and priorities, customer data platform and analytics, and high touch CX engagement programs. Karen was also responsible for Dell’s social impact strategy and programs focused on sustainability, diversity & inclusion, and applying Dell’s technology and innovations for good, all critical elements to both employee and customer experiences and loyalty. In addition, she is a passionate advocate for women, including the advancement of women in the technology industry. Karen was founder of Dell’s Women in Action and the Interfaith Employee Resource Groups, and Dell’s Women Entrepreneur Network. Previously at Dell, Karen served as senior vice president and Chief Marketing Officer; vice president of Public Sector Marketing and North America Commercial; and she also held executive roles in services, support and supply chain management. Karen joined Dell in 2000 from Citigroup, where she was vice president of Global Operations and Technology. She spent 12 years with Merck in marketing, operations and supply chain leadership positions. Karen earned a master’s degree in marketing and international business from New York University, and a Bachelor of Science in supply chain management from The Pennsylvania State University. She serves on the boards of Cummins Inc., Lennox International and Penn State's Smeal College of Business, and is a recipient of its highest honor, the Distinguished Alumni Award. Karen has also served on the advisory board of the Susan G. Komen Greater Central and East Texas Chapter. Karen was listed among the most influential CMOs in the world by Forbes, and named 'Mother of the Year' by Working Mother magazine. She resides in Austin, Texas, with her husband and three children.
 

Chip Adams

Co-Founder and Chairman of the Center for Conscientious Leadership, Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University
Chip is Co-Founder and Chairman of the Center for Conscientious Leadership. Previously, Chip served as founding Board Member and Chief Performance Officer of Under Armour through 2016 with primary responsibility for the development of company-wide business strategy, human resources and organizational alignment and processes. Prior to joining Under Armour, Chip founded and was Managing Director of Rosewood Capital for twenty-five years, a private equity firm focused on consumer brands. Currently, Chip serves on the Boards of Directors for Welbe Health, Anthos Capital, L.P., and Morgan Stanley Ventures.
 

Peter Lupoff

CEO, Net Impact
Peter founded Tiburon Capital Management, running Tiburon as CIO until acquired by consultant, Gray & Company. Peter later founded Lupoff Friends and Family Interests, which has committed to operating a 100% Impact Investment portfolio and is a Fellow and Advisory Council Member of World Policy Institute, with a focus on private capital and market solutions to the challenges confronting people and planet. Peter is active with Clean Power for Humanity, bringing green electrification projects to rural Asian villages and schools, and Defy Ventures, training the previously incarcerated. Since 2016, Peter taught Impact Investing and Investment Research classes as Special Lecturer at Yale School of Management and Fordham University. He is a Member of the Impact Investing & Sustainable Finance Faculty Consortium and is a regular writer and speaker related to topics among his areas of expertise.
