9:15 – 10:15 am     Fireside Chat:  Awareness and understanding of our changing student populations In this fireside chat, Lauren Cunningham and JP Price invite attendees to explore the evolving landscape of neurodistinct student populations in graduate business education. Through personal storytelling, practical examples, and audience engagement, this session will demystify key terminology, highlight the lived experiences of neurodistinct individuals, and offer actionable strategies for optimizing learning environments.

Participants will gain insight into how small adjustments in pedagogy and classroom design—such as Universal Design for Learning (UDL)—can support all students, especially those with nonvisible disabilities. The session also addresses common misconceptions, resistance within academic environments, and the importance of fostering self-awareness and allyship among faculty, staff, and students.

Whether you're new to this topic or already engaged in leading pedagogical practices, this session will challenge assumptions, spark reflection, and equip you with tools to better support the changing cognitive profiles present in today’s classrooms and workplaces.
