Driving Directions
From I-35W

FROM THE SOUTH: Drive north on 35W to the University Avenue SE exit (#18). Turn right (east) on University Ave. SE Proceed approximately nine blocks on University Ave. SE until you reach the University Avenue Parking Ramp. The ramp entrance will be on your right (just past 18th Avenue SE).
FROM THE NORTH: Drive south on 35W to the University Avenue SE exit (#18). Cross over 4th Street SE and turn left on University Ave. SE. Proceed approximately nine blocks on University Ave. SE until you reach the University Avenue Parking Ramp. The ramp entrance will be on your right (just past 18th Avenue SE).
From I-94
FROM THE EAST:
Drive west on I-94 to the Huron Blvd. exit (#235B). Follow Huron Blvd. for three blocks. Proceed to the West University Avenue SE lane. Turn left onto University Avenue SE The road will then curve to the right at Oak Street and merge with 4th St. Proceed into the left lane, and turn left on 18th Ave. SE. Drive one block to University Ave. SE and turn left on University Ave. SE (one-way). Immediately get into the far right lane. The University Avenue Parking Ramp will be just ahead on your right.

Parking Information
For parking near the McNamara Alumni Center, we suggest parking at the University Avenue Ramp (1926 University Avenue SE, Minneapolis, MN, 55455). A limited number of parking passes will be available, so please let us know if you need parking when you register or email us at info@gbcroundtable.org. If the parking ramp s full, try the Maroon Lot (2010 6th Street SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455) or the Washington Avenue Parking Ramp (501 Washington Avenue SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455)!
Walking Directions
To walk to the McNamara Alumni Center (200 Oak Street SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455) from the University Avenue Ramp, take the University Avenue Ramp east elevator to the tunnel or street level. Follow signs to McNamara Alumni Center.
Transit Directions
To access McNamara Alumni Center while riding the Green Line in either direction, exit the train at the Stadium Village Station. Turn right onto University Avenue SE; walk approximately 1 block. Turn left onto SE Oak Street. McNamara Alumni Center will be on your right about 1/2 block down. Take the University Avenue Ramp east elevator to the tunnel or street level. Follow signs to McNamara Alumni Center.

 

TRANSPORTATION FROM MSP INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

  • Rideshare is the most convenient way to get to your hotel and/or campus. Uber/Lyft Estimate: $25-$35
  • The University of Minnesota campus is located on the green line of the light rail with service to Minneapolis’ entertainment districts and to MSP International Airport (requires 1 transfer).

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Luggage storage will be provided in Lucas Hall room 125. Neither the GBC Roundtable nor the University of Minnesota assumes liability for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage.

 

ATTIRE

Business casual is the recommended attire for the GBC Roundtable Symposium and 2023 PMBA/OMBA Conference.


WIFI

Free wireless internet is provided throughout McNamara Alumni Center by the University of Minnesota Office of Information Technology. You can access this by selecting the "UofM Guest Network" and approve the terms of service that appear in your internet browser. No password is required.

Registration is now open for the 2023 GBC Roundtable Symposium and 2023 PMBA/OMBA Conference!  We look forward to hosting you at the University of Minnesota on October 11-13, 2023. Our goal for this year’s event is for you to bring additional team members to our combined event, including your academic and administrative leadership, along with key staff from your PMBA/OMBA programs.  To honor our GBC Roundtable membership benefits as well as provide complementary pricing for our PMBA/OMBA partners we are instituting special pricing to make bringing your team possible.

Pricing for the 2023 GBC Roundtable Symposium and the 2023 PMBA/OMBA Conference will be:
  • $850 for your first attendee
  • $650 for each additional attendee

Everyone is invited to attend all 3 days of the conference (see tentative agenda), but to accommodate your busy work schedules the first half will be more focused on PMBA/OMBA while the second half will be more focused on GBC Roundtable, with shared content available all 3 days.

As we are expecting strong demand for our events, we ask that you register only 3 individuals from each institution at first but send us any additional staff members who wish to attend so we can add them to the wait list and get them registered as soon as we can.

If you are a GBC Roundtable member school, please click on the MEMBER button and login with your membership credentials and register yourself and your associates.  All registrants must be in our system for registration. 

If you are not a GBC Roundtable member, please click on the PUBLIC button.  Then you can register yourself and up to two guests.  Please send us any additional registrants to add to our waitlist.  

If you need any assistance with your membership login credentials, to add staff members to your records, to send us your additional staff members to be added to the waitlist or with any other questions, please email info@gbcroundtable.org or call 1-844-784-6227, ext 1.

Cancellations
Requests for refunds must be submitted via email at info@mbaroundtable.org on the following schedule:
  • September 25, 2023 or before: Full refund.
  • After September 25, 2023: Refunds will not be granted after this date.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for a refund. Transfer of registration to another colleague at your institution is allowed, please email info@gbcroundtable.org for assistance.
